The Venezia model was specifically developed to fit diabetic feet. The ON STEAM® lining wicks away moisture and the high density foam limits friction and pressure points. Combined with a slightly overhanging anti-slip sole, they protect the foot from external elements and thus prevent the appearance of lesions.

Characteristics of the Venezia from Podowell
This comfortable shoe for women is available in burgundy colour and in sizes 2,5 UK - 4W US to 8 UK - 9,5W 8,5M US.
This shoe for diabetic foot protects the feet from the outside elements, limits friction and areas of overpressure, evacuates moisture and prevents areas of lesions.
These comfortable shoes have maximum space to accommodate a very swollen, diabetic or recently operated foot. This corresponds to a K or M width. It can accommodate wide or very wide feet.
The support of the forefoot is optimal for more stability because the foot will be well maintained in the shoe.
The closure is done with a lace for an optimal adjustment of the tightening of the foot even in the event of a strong instep.
For better stability, the counter-back supports the rear foot.
The quilted collar at the top of the upper provides comfortable support even with a swollen ankle.

Lining :
- The Onsteam® "High-tech" lining helps keep feet dry in all weathers thanks to maximum absorption and elimination of perspiration and a thermoregulation effect. It is an anti-microbial and antibacterial, anti-odour and hypoallergenic treated lining.
There are no protruding internal seams, which prevents conflicts between the foot and the shoe and thus friction and irritation.

Made of microfiber with a shock absorbing foam, the comfort insole allows a good evacuation of perspiration and a good air circulation thanks to its perforations. For impeccable hygiene, it has undergone an antibacterial treatment.
The insoles are removable and can be removed and replaced with orthopaedic insoles.
The outer sole is made of polyurethane. You can walk in complete safety with this ultra-light, flexible, shock-absorbing and non-slip sole.
The wide casing allows better stability when walking.
The design of the outsole has been studied to evacuate water between the ground and the sole. This sole has 2 non-slip pads on the support areas. The contour allows not to brake the foot during contact with the ground. The shape and the arch were designed to provide comfort and stability.
The sole is sewn all the way around for more resistance.
The heel height is 15 mm.
Instructions for use
You can adjust the volume of the shoe by leaving or removing the insole.
Maintenance tips
Dust off the leather, apply a shoe polish evenly and let dry. You can then polish with a soft cloth.
The insole is hand washable at 30 °C.
Choice of size
Venezia shoes of the brand Podowell fit normally. We therefore advise you to choose your usual size.
