This shoe with elements specially designed for diabetic foot to protect sensitive feet, evacuate moisture, limit friction and areas of overpressure and thus prevent the appearance of wounds.
This shoe is a prophylactic shoe developed by Finn Comfort in collaboration with doctors and orthopedic technicians after extensive research. It considerably reduces pressure on sensitive feet.
These orthopedic shoes have maximum space to accommodate a very swollen, diabetic or recently operated foot. This corresponds to a K or M width. It can accommodate wide or very wide feet.
The front of the shoe ensures an optimal support of the foot which allows to have a better stability.
The forefoot features generous volume for maximum comfort and no firm toe box to prevent toe injury.
The closure is done with a lace. The lace allows a good support of the foot in the shoe, an optimal comfort and adapts itself to any morphology of foot.
The counter at the back of the shoe is padded for comfort and extended on both sides to effectively direct the foot. This also allows for a natural rolling of the step.
The padded upper collar provides a comfortable and chafe-free fit even with a swollen ankle.

To protect sensitive feet, the manufacturing was made without protruding seams on the forefoot. This considerably reduces friction with the upper of the shoe and protects the feet from irritation.
The shoe is fully padded with foam. This prevents the ankles from being attacked and prevents irritation and pressure points in the forefoot area. The instep is also protected by a padded tongue. This is ideal for a fragile diabetic foot.
Find the super footbed from Finn Comfort that provides a natural foot roll. The comfort insole stimulates the foot muscles and toes. This insole is made of non-deformable cork/latex. The vegetable-tanned leather insole is particularly suitable for sensitive feet. There is an additional layer of latex foam for a soft and super comfortable fit. Finally, the anatomical arch and heel cup will ensure perfect foot stability.
The shoes are adapted to orthopedic insoles thanks to the removable insoles that you can easily remove.
The outer sole is made of polyurethane. You can walk in complete safety with this ultra-light, flexible, shock-absorbing and non-slip sole.
The outsole is designed to allow for better stability when walking with its greater nesting width.
The stitching all around the sole allows a better resistance over time.
The heel height is 12 mm.
Instructions for use
You can adjust the volume of the shoe by leaving or removing the insole.
Maintenance tips
Dust off the leather, apply a shoe polish evenly and let dry. You can then polish with a soft cloth.
Clean the insoles by hand at 30 °C. Let them air dry. It is advisable to take them out at night to ventilate them.
