First, log in to your customer area by clicking on "My account".
Once logged in, click on "Contact" to open the contact form
Make sure you are logged in to your account and that the fields "Your name" and "Your email address" are pre-filled with your information.
You can then fill in the form:
Once we have received your message, we will send you the return form.
All you have to do is put the completed return form in the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
