As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a link by email so that you can track your package from us to you.
You can also find this tracking link in your customer area by clicking on "Follow-up your orders" and then "[Details]" on the order concerned and you will find your tracking number as well as a link to this tracking.
The delivery tracking on your customer area is only available if you have created an account when you ordered.
If not, you will receive an email at each step of your order.

You have bought a pair of shoes, but they don't meet your expectations?
No problem, you can request a return for a refund.
You will need to return the shoes by the method of your choice to Podexpert at the following address

Don't forget to fill in the return form to put in your parcel for a faster processing of your return.
Once your return has been received in our warehouse, we will process the refund as soon as the item is back in stock.
First, log in to your customer area by clicking on "My account".
Once logged in, click on "Contact" to open the contact form.
Make sure you are logged in to your account and that the fields "Your name" and "Your email address" are pre-filled with your information.
You can then fill in the form:
Once we have received your message, we will send you the return form.
All you have to do is put the completed return form in the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
You may return one or more unworn items within 14 days of receiving the order.
You can only make one return request per order.
For reasons of hygiene, socks and silicone foot protection items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The returned item(s) must be new, unused and in the original, undamaged box.
In the case of an exchange or refund of a "CHUT" shoe, all returns will be refused if the refund labels have been removed from their slots.
All returns must be accompanied by a returns request.
Please fill in the return form and attach it to your return.
Any return without this form will result in additional processing time.
