Managing your orders during lockdown


Following the government announcements of the last few days concerning the health crisis linked to COVID-19 and its impact on us all, Podexpert has decided to maintain its services as much as possible while ensuring the safety of its employees.


The stock

Our suppliers are currently experiencing manufacturing problems and are not all able to restock as they usually do. This is why some of our models are no longer in stock.


We do our best to be supplied and to be able to offer you the maximum number of models.


The management of your order

We are currently working with a reduced number of staff in order to comply with the new health and safety regulations. This is why the preparation of your orders may take a little longer than usual.


Delivery method

We still rely on the La Poste international network


Delivery services are also adapting to the health crisis and the distribution of your orders may be affected.

Shipping and delivery times are therefore extended and very difficult to predict.


In view of the circumstances, we thank you for your patience. We are doing our utmost to ensure that your orders are dispatched as soon as possible.


The support

Our customer service department will continue to provide services during the lockdown period. We also ask for your patience if we are unable to process your requests immediately.


We are forced and sorry to take these decisions, but they seem to us to be the most reasonable ones in view of the seriousness of the situation and to preserve the health of all.
